Enroll in Pay by Text Using the Loan Payment Center

Step 1

Navigate to the Loan Payment Center and select Set Up Now.

Step 2

Before you can setup Pay by Text, you will need to link and verify your phone. Enter your phone number and click Send Verification Code.

Step 3

When you receive the code, enter it and press Submit.

Step 4

After your phone has been verified:
Navigate to the Pay by Text Screen: Open the app or website and go to the "Pay by Text" section.

Select the Amount Type you would like to pay when paying by text.

Step 7

Select the Payment Method you would like to use when paying by text. Click Continue when finished inputting your details. (You will review your information one final time in the next step.)

Step 8

Review your information and click Continue to confirm.
