To view or edit the status of a one-time payment, navigate to the Loan Payment Center and select View Payment Activity from the “Payment Actions” drop-down menu.
The status of all one-time payments are displayed here. Keep in mind payments that have already been processed cannot be canceled or edited. Payments with a Scheduled status can be edited by selecting the blue pencil.
Make any necessary changes and select Continue to proceed.
Review the changes and select Confirm.
Take note of the confirmation page and click Close.
