Questions? We have answers.

Where do I find my credit card in Online and Mobile Banking?

Your new credit card is now accessed by clicking on Services and then selecting Credit Card Management from the menu. The first time you use this link, you will need to accept the terms and register your card. Be sure to have your new Visa credit card handy for registration.

How do I set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment on my Credit Card?

Follow the quick and easy steps below to update your recurring payments or to make a one-time payment:

  1. Log in to your online banking at climbcu.org
  2. Under the 'Services' menu in the top navigation bar, select 'Credit Card Management'
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions and register your card (one-time only - you will need your card to complete this step)
  4. Select 'Make Payment' on the right menu bar. If the right menu bar is not visible, select the menu button and then 'Services'
  5. Accept Terms and Conditions (one-time only)
  6. Complete the requested fields regarding payment information. Please be aware that once your payment source is registered, for security, you will need to wait 5 calendar days before making a payment.

Why does the Credit Card Management link only display transactions starting on July 1, 2024? Where do I find transactions from before July 1, 2024?

Transactions can easily be accessed from the current billing cycle from the start of our transition to Visa Credit Cards, which began on July 1, 2024. Previous transactions can be accessed by viewing your previous statements. If you were previously enrolled in eStatements for your MasterCard Credit Card, those can be accessed in the same eStatement portal where your savings, checking and loan statements are delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need assistance identifying a transaction prior to July 1, 2024, please feel free to contact us at 303-427-5005.

How do I sign up for Credit Card eStatements?

Why are you converting to a new credit card processor?

This new partnership will allow Climb to provide upgraded functionality to cardholders, plus increased security.

Will any of the terms of my new card change?

No. None of the terms will change. Your APR, due date, minimum payment, fees, etc. will all remain the same.

Will the new card have a different card number?

Yes. Any recurring or pre-authorized charges you have on your current card will need to be updated to the new card number.

When will I receive a new card?

New cards will be mailed out to all cardholders in late June and early July and can be activated beginning July 14, 2024.

What if I didn't receive a new card?

There could be a few reasons you didn’t receive one, such as your mailing address needing to be updated in our system, arriving late in the mail, etc. If you haven’t received a card, please contact our Credit Card Member Support team at 866-820-1044 and we can check for you.

Will my current card continue to work after the conversion?

No, existing credit cards will no longer work after July 13, 2024.

What is a "contactless" or "Tap to Pay" enabled card?

Contactless cards have special computer chips in them. This enables you to “tap” your card when using an ATM or store’s checkout terminal that has a contactless symbol. Contactless cards help prevent fraud caused by skimming devices placed on ATMS and other terminals, as well as providing more efficient usage.

How will the new cards be activated?

Cards can be activated by calling the phone number listed on the card beginning July 14, 2024.

How do I obtain a PIN for my credit card?

When activating your new credit card, you will be prompted to establish a PIN. If you would like to change or add a PIN to your credit card after activation, please call the number on the back of your card.

Will the new cards work with digital wallets?

Yes, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay are available. Check out our step-by-step instructions.

Will I need to re-enroll my card in my digital wallet (i.e. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay)?

Yes, due to the account number change, all credit cards will need to be re-enrolled for use in mobile wallets. Check out our step-by-step instructions.

Where should I mail my credit card payments?

Beginning August 2024, for payments being mailed in, mail to:

Visa Payment Center
P.O. Box 660493
Dallas, TX 75266-0493

What happens if a payment is mailed to the old address?

Any checks mailed to the previous address will be forwarded to the Visa Payment Center.

What if I was expecting a refund from my old card number?

All refunds will be transferred to the new card.

Who should I reach out to if my new credit card is lost, stolen, or if I notice fraudulent charges?

Beginning July 14th, please call our Credit Card Member Support and Fraud team at 866-820-1044. Our Credit Card Member Support and Fraud team may also contact you to verify transactions if the transaction is flagged as irregular or potentially fraudulent.
